A very weird laptop problem

HP Stream laptop, which is what I use on videos for my main channel, is suffering from a very weird problem. If I turn on the laptop at an 85° angle, there won't be a picture until the video driver is initialized. But the solution is really simple - to just start the laptop at an 85° or a shaper angle.
