Real simple. Search up GeneralUser GS FluidSynth. Its just a file, put it where ever you want. Then go to vlc preferences and put it on all, go to audio>input/codex>audio codex>fluidsynth. Brows in to where you put the GeneralUser GS FluidSynth.sf2. Then you just save out of preferences. Now you can play midi!
